| Dan Melamed of the Department of Energy is working to apply EVM/ES to operations activities. His work and effort for this initiative is included in the Papers and Presentations. The paper is titled, “Earned Value Management Systems for Operations Activities,” while the presentation is “The EM Program and Earned Value Management for Operations.” Mr. Melamed’s co-authors include Crystal Williams, Lisa Ramdas, and Rodney Lehman. |
